DESCRIPTION:In 2022\, 6 Sebo team members participated in the Spartan Beast Race. It was close to 14 miles and we climbed close to 4\,000′ in elevation. Don’t enter this without proper training! You need to be in good shape to do this hike. According to my Strava Stats\, it is approximately 3.8 miles on the way up (7.7 mi round trip)\, with an elevation climb of approximately 2\,700′. That’s over 2.5x the elevation climb of hiking the Y. It’s hard\, but the view is incredible!
