We finalize the tee times 7 days in advance\, then we email everyone who had RSVP’d for that day and time. As always\, we will cover the costs of the tee times and the golf carts. DESCRIPTION:A number of golfing friends had a meeting recently. We discussed the podcast “Chasing Scratch” to see if people are simply wanting to play golf\, or if they are wanting to get better at golf. Rather than have a follow up meeting / another discussion\, we decided to talk through things further on the golf course.  \nThe venue used to be called the Reserve at East Bay. If you haven’t been to the Timpanogos Golf Club in the last 2 years\, you are missing out! They made some incredible changes and you are going to LOVE the new layout\, the new holes\, and everything about the facility. \nWe will still try and get 7 people there each time. We’ll break into 2 groups\, and play a little team game against each other\, but still keep track of our own scores (for handicap purposes). We usually start around 7:00 am and have both groups done no later than 9:30 am. We finalize the tee times 7 days in advance\, then we email everyone who had RSVP’d for that day and time. As always\, we will cover the costs of the tee times and the golf carts.

SUMMARY:Utah Spartan Race - Its a Beast!
DESCRIPTION:In 2022\, 6 Sebo team members participated in the Spartan Beast Race. It was close to 14 miles and we climbed close to 4\,000′ in elevation. Don’t enter this without proper training! We’ll have a group of runners completing the race together (really\, it’s more like a hike similar in difficulty to hiking to the summit of Mt Timpanogos). \nYou’ll need to register and pay for the event at Spartan.com.
