The pursuit? Can a decent golfer (they were both 11’s) get to scratch within 12 months? \n\nEpisode 1 was all about the odds of getting to scratch.\nEpisode 2 was all about the plan. What would it take to get to scratch?\n\nMark and I discussed this. You need to be in good shape to do this hike. According to my Strava Stats\, it is approximately 3.8 miles on the way up (7.7 mi round trip)\, with an elevation climb of approximately 2\,700′. That’s over 2.5x the elevation climb of hiking the Y. It’s hard\, but the view is incredible!

If you don’t know what that means\, you aren’t invited 🙂 \nWhile the venue used to be called the Reserve at East Bay\, we still have a relationship with this golf course in South Provo. If you haven’t been there in the last 2 years\, you are missing out! They made some incredible changes and you are going to LOVE the new layout\, the new holes\, and everything about the facility. \nWe will still try and get 7 people there each time. We’ll break into 2 groups\, and play a little game against each other. We finalize the tee times 7 days in advance\, then we email everyone who had RSVP’d for that day and time. As always\, we will cover the costs of the tee times and the golf carts. If you need help with golf clubs or golf balls\, let Bruce know in advance.
