Wildwood TV Lift Furniture offers a very specific product; the TV lift Furniture industry is relatively new, and Wildwood TV Lift Furniture is a pioneer in the development of their unique products. They manufacture and sell TV beds and TV cabinets.

Marketing Goals

As one of the leaders in the industry, Wildwood knew that they would be able to rank for top keyword phrases such as “TV Bed”, “TV cabinet”, and “TV lift furniture”. Just because it is possible, though, doesn’t mean it was easy. Despite this being a relatively new industry, there are still plenty of big players that are hard to beat. The difference between ranking well for those top keywords and not was thousands of clicks and potential purchases. Staying in the top of the rankings was their main goal.

The Challenge

TV beds are a relatively newer concept, especially in the United States, but have become more and more popular over the years. In the beginning it was somewhat easy to secure a decent rank. As popularity grew, however, more competitors (including online retail giants like Amazon and Walmart) popped up, and keeping the top position required more effort. Due to this, it was imperative that we focused on the most important things while implementing our SEO strategy.

Our Approach

For Wildwood TV Lift Furniture, our strategy has encompassed both on-page and off-page SEO. In our efforts to improve their rankings, we have been able to secure high positions for multiple target keywords in a short period of time.

On-Page SEO

For on-page SEO, we spent time on every page of the website making sure the site was following best practices for general SEO. We know what Google’s crawlers are looking for, so we know how to set our clients up for success. We then make sure each individual page has a specific keyword it is targeting and ensure each aspect of the page reflects that target. We also make sure any references to that topic are directed to that page throughout the site.

Off-Page SEO

Once a page is targeting a keyword well, we build external links to that page. Each of these areas play into Google’s algorithm and are what allow us to help the site and each page climb through the ranks and make it on top. Part of our Off-Page SEO strategy included monthly link building with keyword focused anchor text and another part of our strategy was internal link building within the site. With SEO, our work is never really done. It requires constant tweaking and building to maintain a high rank as well as to continue to rank for new important keywords.
