WordPress website development
WordPress websites built with AI, designed to convert.
We have been building WordPress sites since 2005. We now build them faster and sharper with AI doing the heavy lifting, while our team does the part that actually moves the needle: turning your traffic into leads, and your leads into clients.
- Still real WordPress
- You own the site outright. Standard dashboard, no proprietary platform.
- Built to convert
- Conversion paths and tracking designed in from the first wireframe.
- Part of your plan
- Built alongside your SEO or Google Ads strategy, not separate from it.
What AI-assisted actually means
AI builds faster. People decide what converts.
Plenty of agencies have started saying they use AI. Here is exactly where it helps on your project and where a human is still making the call, so you know what you are buying.
Where AI does the work
- Turning your approved wireframe into working page templates in hours instead of days
- Drafting page copy from your services, your differentiators, and your existing material
- Building out repetitive pages at scale, like a service page for every city you cover
- Writing schema, metadata, and alt text across the whole site without anything getting skipped
- Compressing images, cleaning up code, and hunting down what is slowing a page down
Where our team does the work
- Deciding what the page needs to do and which single action it should drive
- Structuring the site around how your buyers actually search and compare
- Reviewing every page before it ships, because AI output looks right more often than it is right
- Reading the data after launch and changing what is not working
The result is a site that costs less and launches sooner than a traditional custom build, without becoming another templated page that looks like everyone else's.
Built to convert leads into clients
A good-looking site that does not generate leads is just an expensive brochure.
Every build starts with the same question: what does this page need a visitor to do? Everything after that is in service of the answer.
One clear action per page
Call, form, or booking. We pick the one that fits how your buyers actually make contact, then remove everything competing with it.
Proof where it changes minds
Reviews, licensing, work samples, and guarantees placed at the moment of hesitation rather than buried on an about page.
Message match with your ads
If you are running Google Ads, the page a click lands on says what the ad promised. That alone moves conversion rate more than most redesigns.
Tracking from day one
GA4 and conversion tracking wired to your ad accounts before launch, so you know which pages and which channels produce actual customers.
How it works
Year one covers everything. After that, you decide.
One monthly figure for the first twelve months covers the build and everything it takes to keep the site running well. What happens after month twelve is a separate and much smaller decision, made when you get there.
Months 1 to 12
Build, launch, host, maintain
Your monthly covers all of it, so there is no separate invoice for the things a site needs in its first year.
- Design, build, content shaping, and launch
- Hosting, SSL, backups, security, and updates, included for 12 months from your contract start date
- Ongoing edits and small additions each month
- Conversion tracking maintained as your campaigns change
Month 13 onward
The build is paid off
The site is yours outright. The only remaining question is how much ongoing help you want, and that is a conversation we have when the time comes.
- Options start at hosting and maintenance only
- Step up if you want us handling edits for you
- Nothing is locked. You can host it anywhere.
- Priced at our then current rates, with notice before renewal
Running alongside
Your website is one piece of your marketing plan, not a standalone project. This build runs alongside whatever strategy you are on with us, whether that is SEO, Google Ads, or both. The pages get built around the keywords we are targeting and the campaigns we are running, your account manager sees the site and the ad data in the same place, and the site keeps changing as the strategy does. A website built in isolation from the marketing that feeds it is how most sites end up underperforming.
WordPress pricing
Pick the build that fits.
Every plan is a real custom WordPress build that you own. The difference is size, complexity, and how much of our time is included through your first year.

Plan 04
Custom quote
Some builds do not fit a tier, and pretending otherwise wastes everyone's time. More than 40 pages or more than 20 products, memberships and logins, client portals, a CRM or ERP integration, multi brand or multi site setups, large blog migrations, or anything with a custom application behind it. We scope it, price it, and show you the number before anything starts.
All three options include exactly the same build and the same year one inclusions. Only the timing and the total change. The paid in full option is split into two payments: half when the project kicks off, half the day you go live.
What we build
Types of WordPress websites we build
Whether you are starting fresh, moving an existing site, or adding a store, the approach is the same: build it around what your buyers need to see, then measure whether it worked.
Brand new websites
Starting from scratch. We define the navigation and the pages that align with your business goals, then build a fully custom WordPress site around them.
WordPress conversions
You like your current site but want control of it. We rebuild it on WordPress, preserving the look and your existing SEO while improving speed and functionality.
Redesigns
Ready for a fresh look. We modernize the design, restructure the user experience around conversion, and keep the rankings you have already earned.
WooCommerce stores
Selling online. We build secure WooCommerce stores with payments, tax, and shipping configured and tested before a single order comes through.
Since 2005
Twenty years of WordPress, not twenty months of AI.
Sebo Marketing has been building WordPress websites since 2005. The tools have changed. What makes a site produce leads has not, and that is the part experience still buys you.
Sebo Marketing helped migrate my website, and redesign it. I am super happy with their work, friendly and easy to work with, and will be my first choice for working on PPC advertising for me!
Bruce M. Utah Chiropractic and Rehab
I just want to say how amazing Sebo Marketing is. They are good and honest people. They are proactive and are amazing at communication.
Karl Y. CEO, Lemon Head Design
I have worked with Sebo Marketing for about 10 years now, both with my own business, as well as referring Sebo to some of my clients. They have always been top-notch.
Randy S. VP Marketing, MultiLing
NEXT STEP
Let’s talk about what your site needs to do.
Twenty minutes is usually enough to confirm the tier, the timeline, and how the build fits with the marketing strategy you are on. Bring your current site if you have one.
Before you ask
Questions that come up on every call
Is this a real WordPress site or a proprietary platform?
Real WordPress on your own domain. Standard dashboard, standard plugins, standard database. AI helps us build it, but what you end up owning is a normal WordPress site that any developer can pick up. You can host it anywhere and hand it to anyone.
What do you need from me to build the site?
Four things, and having them ready is the difference between launching on time and launching late.
- Your branding: a style guide if you have one, or your logo, colors, and fonts plus a short description of how you want the site to feel.
- Examples you like: three or four sites whose look you respond to, and a note on what specifically you like about each.
- Your target client: who they are, what they are worried about, and what makes them choose one company over another.
- Your material: photos, service details, past designs, brochures, anything that already exists. We would rather work from your real material than invent something generic.
Do I own the site?
Yes. Once the website is paid in full it is yours: files, database, and content. Nothing is locked to us.
Does using AI mean the site looks generic?
It would if we let AI make the design decisions. We do not. The structure, the offer, and the conversion path are decided by our team and reviewed page by page before launch. AI removes the slow mechanical work, which is what lets us spend the time on the parts that determine whether the site produces leads.
Do I have to be on a marketing plan to get a website?
No, but the sites that perform best are the ones built alongside an active SEO or ads strategy. When we know which keywords we are chasing and which campaigns are running, the site gets built to serve them. If you are website only for now, we will still build it that way so it is ready when you are.
What happens after month 12?
Your build is paid off and the monthly drops. You choose how much ongoing help you want, from hosting and maintenance only up to having us handle your edits. We will walk through the options with you before your first year is up, priced at our then current rates.
What is call tracking and do I need it?
It gives you a tracking number on the site so you can see which campaigns and pages produce actual phone calls, with recordings you can review. It is optional, starting at $25 per month plus call usage. Worth it if the phone is your main lead source and you are spending on ads. Skip it if most of your leads come through forms.
Who writes the content?
You provide the raw material and we shape it into pages that convert. Full copywriting is available as an add on. Content is the single most common reason a launch slips, so we settle it in week one.
